Image description

Black and white. A parking sign on a cinder-block wall reads 'Violators will be towed at owner's expense'. Pasted over the top half is a torn poster of a young man with swept-back hair and smudged, dark-ringed eyes. A tag is sprayed across the right side of the sign, and drips run down from it.
